(2-6 Years of Experience) (70% Technical) Skillset Application Module knowledge of Oracle Payroll, Standard or Advanced Benefits and exposure to OTL (Time and Labor), self-service Expertise in RICE Components developments - Need excellent expertise in PL/SQL - Should have worked on many of the following: Interfaces, Conversions, APIs, Form customizations (Not Necessary), Form-reports, Oracle Workflow - Good at Java programming and exposure to AD Framework preferred. - Knowledge of using AIM Methodology development Qualification Full Time Computer Science Graduate or Science Graduate with basic programming knowledge in Java. Excellent Academic Credentials preferred. Responsibilities * Designs, develops, tests, and implements configurable components for OAB/OSB, Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor, Self-Service as required * Designs, develops, tests, implements and supports system interfaces/ conversions as required. Should take ownership of code being developed by self and team * Assist users with Application issues including training.
