	Job Description: This role will lead the analysis & design phase of the system development life cycle (SDLC) to develop user requirements and determine best business/technical solutions to meet those needs ensuring the ability to meet users'' implementation time frames. Travel requirement is 75% for all US-based employees. Position Specific Responsibilities Include: Develop new/modifies existing data models and/or application logic in order to implement new business processes or to correct/enhance existing applications Handle more technically complex programming assignments involving integration with third party hardware/software applications Ensure successful implementation of results by assisting users in system testing, development/presentation of training, and planning/execution of data conversions. Document development efforts from both the technical and the business process perspective Provide senior-level technical troubleshooting on complex issues requiring rapid resolution Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technology initiatives, especially those relating to application development, database management, and data analysis Provide mentoring to junior developers as needed Prioritize day-to-day ad-hoc requests along with longer term project-oriented tasks Required Skills: Oracle WebCenter & WebCenter Spaces Oracle Portal & Forms, SOA, OAF 2+ J2EE, ADF (Faces), ADF BC, ADF Tasks Flows / Portlets, Web Services, XML, Parsers XML (DOM/SAX) IDE: JDeveloper 4+ years in J2EE applications using JSF, Portal 3+ years in Web Services Open Source Tools: Log4j, ANT 1 - 2 years in deploying/administering for Web Logic Server Role:   Team Lead/Technical Lead Role Category:   Programming & Design Industry Type:   IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area:   IT Software - Application Programming, Maintenance Keywords:   Oracle WebCenter WebCenter Spaces, Oracle Portal & Forms, SOA, OAF, J2EE
