Brief JD Location : Chennai Experience : 7+ years Position : Asst Manager - New Engineering Services Remuneration : Best in the industry Skills Required:. * Worked in the Engineering team in a HIGHLY VARIABLE Demand environment managing a team * To understand and customize the customer BOM as per PLM requirement * Identify the scope of work, and create list of engineering documents. * Identifying the Manufacturing Process and creating Manufacturing Process Specifications, Drafting Work Instructions, preferably Electronic Work Instructions * Creating procedure manuals for Each Process, Ensuring the correct Work instruction is released with correct revision and Creating Visual Work instructions to deploy in Production line. * Mentor the team and guide them towards effective discharge of functions. * Handle escalations if any, and escalate matters requiring the senior management"s attention on a timely basis. * Train new and existing team members and Team Leaders on relevant tools or topics * Experience in SMT process /programming, Stencil/metal mask maintenance * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Good analytical skills, Coaching & mentoring skills. * Conflict resolution, Reporting & Decision making skills.
