Experience Level : 5+ yrs Company : Newt Global (www.newtglobal.com) Work Location : Chennai No of positions : 2 Job Description: Position Details: * Primary Skills: DataWareHousing,Oracle Data Modeler,Oracle PL/SQL,Hyperion, * Secondary Skills: Weblogic,Oracle DBA. Personal Roles: o Define overall data warehouse architectures and related methodologies for successful delivery. o Define technical requirements, technical and data architectures. Recommend supplemental data warehouse strategies and technologies if needed. o Translate user requirements into technical architecture vision and implementation plans. o Develop / Enhance ODI. o Integrate ODI with multiple Source / Target, Error Management, PL / SQL. o Define policies, procedures that are fully aligned with the overall BI strategy o Mentor, develop and lead team members within the Data Management & Integration Practice. o Fine tuning or enhancing performance of the Batch jobs.OTHER o Minimum 6 years broad-based, hands-on information technology experience required. o Minimum 5 years ODI 10g / 11g development experience. o Experience in working with multiple source/target systems such as Oracle DB, SQL Server, XML files, flat files, excel documents. o Experience in working with various KMs that are used for with the sources/targets above. o Experience in working with customized knowledge modules o Experience on Error recycling / management using ODI. o Experience with Operational Data Stores, Enterprise Data Warehouses. o Strong technical skills across data warehousing technologies required. o Expert conceptual, logical and physical data modeling skills (normalized, de-normalized and multidimensional) required. o Experience with Oracle DB 11g required. o Implementations in Clustered Environment experience with ODI a plus. o Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase 11g o Strong business and communications skills.
