Job Title: Consultant. Base Location: Any Location in India. Onsite : Kuwait(Immediate Onsite) Job Description: Skill: we are looking for a techno-functional consultant who had implementations in R12 and have worked on the below modlules which is must 1. Core HR 2. SSHR 3. Payroll (Ability to write fast formula and plsql functions) 4. OLM(e-learning) 5. irecruitment (posting vacancies to external career sites) We need a guy with below: 1. Must have oracle experience at least > 5 years (Oracle Application) 2. Must be 70% functional and 30% technical 3. Must be excellent in Core HR, Payroll, Self service including PMS , iRec and hands on experience of OLM 4. Must do the implementation of above modules for at least 2-3 end to end implementation (Not support) 5. Must have at least one upgrade experience so that he must know about 11i features 6.
