Perficient is currently looking for a Technical Oracle EBS Developer to join our Oracle ERP National Business Unit.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for development of Oracle Applications implementation projects. Candidates are expected to design and develop Oracle-based custom processes, applications, interfaces, reports, and data conversions. Experience is required with the various tools for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) custom development, such as the Oracle Developer Suite for Forms and Reports and PL/SQL in order to design and create custom processes, data conversions, and interfaces around Oracle EBS modules such as GL, AP, AR, PO, Fixed Assets, Projects, Order Management and Inventory, among others. Experience in other related tools, like Oracle Workflow, BI publisher and J-Developer for Oracle Application Framework (OAF) extensions is a plus. Candidate must be knowledgeable in the underlying Oracle Technology Stack and Oracle Applications database architecture with regard to the E-Business Suite module schemas/products, standard application program interfaces (APIs), data elements, tables, and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion, interfaces, reporting and development.
Required Skills:
This opportunity requires either a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in the related field. Candidates should possess:
At least 4 years of experience with various Oracle R12 and 11i E-Business Suite modules
At least 4 years of experience with the typical Oracle Development tools and languages including:
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Oracle 10g Forms and Reports
Preferably experience with some or all the following Development tools:
Oracle Workflow
XML or BI Publisher
Oracle Application Framework Customizations and Personalization
Oracle J-Developer
UNIX shell scripting
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Oracle Technical Knowledge and Skills
Basic knowledge in core enterprise infrastructure
Basic technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems
