We are looking for Oracle Apps HRMS consultants for Hyderabad Technical, Functional , Techno-functional Experience 3 to 9 yrs Location : Hyderabad Required Skills  Should have Product knowledge on 3 or more number of HRMS Modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, CWB & OAB)  Expert on Core HR & Payroll or Core HR & OTL is a must. Knowledge on other HRMS Modules is an added advantage.  Should have strong understa nding on the HRMS Process Flows  Should have experience in at least Two to three Projects (Implementations or Rol l Outs or Support Engagements).  Should have at least one implementa tion/Upgrade experience on R12.  Should have kno wledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, U pgrades or Support Engagements.  Should have knowledge of Cut - Overs, R oll out Plans and ITIL process.  Should have knowledge of Conversion Stra tegies and Project Management.  Should have good understa nding on the CEMLI components.
