Note : This position is permanent with IDC Technologies and candidate will be deputed on location in Noida Experience: 5-8 yrs Job Description: * Excellent working experience in Oracle Apps HRMS modules- Core HRMS, Advanced benefits, SSHR, Performance Management, iRecruitment etc. * Gathering business requirements and performed FIT/GAP analysis. * Prior implementation experience * Provide new features of R12 and according to requirement suggest new approach. * Should be experience in Offshore/Onshore coordination * Must have good exposure in configuration of modules. * Must have good experience in functional testing. * Creating test scripts and coordinated unit and system testing. * Requirement analyses for all ERP enhancement projects and preparing test plans. * Reporting defects and following up defect upon resolution for defect.
