Please find the job details for your kind perusal- SKILL- IMS Trainer Relevant Yrs of exp: 4yrs - 11yrs Joblocation: Bangalore EDUCATION QUALIFICATION- Any Graduate Job Type: Contract to Hire JOB DESCRIPTION- IMS Trainer Training experience - RHEL, Windows, Networking, Database & Storage. Primary Responsibilities: * Convene and deliver training sessions in a variety of technical subjects as appropriate to IMS. Most training sessions are to be based on existing curricula, but as a trainer you would be responsible for creating new content based on requirements * Be able to respond to a wide variety of learning and development functions including coaching and mentoring on the job for IMS * Conduct training needs assessments prior to the planning and implementation of the general training schedule. * Maintain all relevant training materials. * Ensure quality and consistency across the full scope of learning activities implemented by the program. * Carry out course monitoring and evaluation, by ensuring the collection of completed participants course reports and completion of a training report at the end of each event. Other Responsibilities * Any other tasks or duties as required by the line manager or the organization. Achievement Indicators * Training/facilitation is carried out in a professional and well organized manner. * All training is completed according to the established training schedule * Course reports and training data is maintained in a timely fashion and all monitoring and evaluation is followed through. * Support to the project staff is provided * Cooperation with other relevant staff maintained Key Technology Areas: Windows Server 2008 / 20012 Exchange Server 2008 Linux RHEL 6.2 Networking: CCNP/CCNE/CCNIE Oracle 11g DBA MSSQL 2008 DBA Sharepoint/SCOM/SSCM/ Fortinet Other important points: You will be required to travel to other locations like Noida/Mumbai for trainings.
