Role : CRM Business Analyst
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
* Provide Oracle Install Base techno-functional expertise working very closely with the functional managers to identify discrepancies, correct, maintain and provide accurate Install Base data to the business groups
* Lead and manage data conversion requirements, integrations between Oracle and data warehouse systems and other third party applications as necessary
* Lead requirements gathering, system analysis, system design, software development, testing and implementation
* Provide day to day support to RMCC and Data Modeling teams
Knowledge Requirements
* In-depth functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Install Base, Service Contracts, Service, Order Management
* Very good knowledge of API"s, Interfaces and other data conversion tools that are applicable for integrations
* Technical knowledge to implement the solution designed by the Functional Managers
Skill Requirements
* Excellent skills in SQL/PLSQL programming
* Hands on development experience in reporting tools like Oracle Reports, Discoverer, XML publisher, Unix Shell scripting, Forms development
* Must be familiar with SOA tools, BPEL, PIP and reporting tools BI Publisher, OBIEE etc.
* Experience in the use of development tools and processes to provide technical solutions and integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite
* Strong functional and technical background with Oracle ERP is mandatory
Job Location : Mumbai
Qualification : Bachelor"s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering
Experience : 5 to 8 years
