	Job Description
	Roles & Responsibilities: Understand customers business needs and requirements. Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s) Provide expertise in Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products  Work as part of a team and provide 7x24 support when required  Lead and assist in technical trouble shooting  Act as lead on all technical tasks within a project Act as mentor to Trainee/Staff Consultants Communicate issues and status information to the Director concerning service delivery activities Ensure tasks delegated to other personnel are completed in a timely and appropriate manner. Provide and Update SOPs related to the customer on need basis Review for Recurring Issues and perform root cause analysis.
