Designation: Sr. / ATL SCM Analyst Candidate should have: At least 5 years experience in an Oracle ERP support environment, both with R11i as R12. Previous experience of Oracle e-Business Suite on the following modules: Order Management, Oracle Service modules (Contracts, Install Base, Tele Services, FieldService, Depot Repair) Additional technical skills such as PL/SQL, Developer, Reports, Forms etc. would also be an advantage. Knowledge and experience of Supportworks would be an advantage Education BE/B-Tech/BSc Degree in IT/ME/M-Tech/MCA Languages: English essential, others are a plus.
