 Candidate should ideally have a degree in BE/B Tech /ME/M Tech from a reputed University.
 Candidate should have 3-4 years of working experience in the Discrete / Process Manufacturing Industries and should have at least 2 full cycle ONSITE implementations with extensive experience in Oracle SCM modules.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As an Oracle Applications SCM consultant, the responsibilities include effective delivery/implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Consultant (PO, iProcurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Intelligence) modules of Oracle Release 11i/R12 e-Business suite, in order to provide an integrated information system solution.
Position responsibilities include: Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design and Development, Testing, and Implementation.
- Assist clients in mapping and streamlining/re-engineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, which include integrating the Oracle Applications with existing client systems, using standardized implementation methodology including report s specification development and deployment.
- Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
- Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality client deliverables.
- Interface with middle and senior level executives at the client site to develop client "buy in" and support, develop business implementation strategies and ad dress specific issues that may arise during an Oracle implementation.
- Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
