JOB DESCRIPTION
*5 years plus experience with Oracle E-Business Suite - must have R12 exposure
*Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Specifically Oracle Financials R12 and must have accounting experience.
*Excellent knowledge of the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) or (OUM) and plays a critical role in assisting our business users with a successful implementation
*Worked on at least 2 R12 full cycle implementations (start to finish)
*Strong functional and technical skills in Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, Fixed Assets and Oracle iExpense & Oracle workflow, Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing
*Understanding of P2P business process including integration with Oracle Payables
*Understanding of P2P attributes on Item Master (Oracle Inventory)
Preferred:
*Preferably - served as lead on implementation of self service applications including iProcurement and/or iSupplier
*Ability to serve as lead on implementation of Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing and other applications in the Oracle Procurement Suite
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead discussions and present to management
*Ability to establish rapport, solid working relationships with the project team and the business management
Key Activity:
Implement & support of the Oracle Procurement & Oracle Financials suite including the following modules:
oiProcurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Payables, General Ledger, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Inventory
oSub-Ledger Accounting (SLA), Cash Management (CE) and e-Business Tax (EBT)
Will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement.
Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals
Responsible for hands-on configuration of Oracle Financial modules as well as for assisting Business units in the selection, implementation, and support of Oracle R12 E-Business suite solutions
Works in partnership with the enterprise architecture team to design and implement solutions per agreed upon architecture specifications.
oSet-up and implementation of one or multiple financial application projects:
oLead sessions for business requirements definition and business process design
oConfigure Oracle E-Business Suite applications and facilitate unit, CRP and UAT testing
oFollow project methodology including Oracle AIM/OUM documentation
oDesign custom enhancements including data conversion programs and other custom programs
oDevelop, communicate and drive project tasks
oAssistance with business process solution design, mapping and gapping.
oDocumenting functional specifications
Working with other functional and technical consultants to collaborate on overall design and RICE or CEMLI components
Prepare training materials and conduct end user training to business users.
