Dear Candidate,
ADF Architect with at least 6 years of development experience in ADF/Java J2EE and at least 2 years of Oracle Apps architecture experience or new Oracle ERP implementation in a software development environment.
Strong understanding and development experience in OAF, ADF and Spring based frameworks with proven track record of meeting client/customer deliverables
- Candidate must have ADF mobile experience
- Experience with design, development, unit-testing implementation of solutions using J2EE technologies in a highly scalable web application.
- Solid development experience using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, OAF, J2EE, OC4J, ADF, JSF, ADF faces, Flex components, Ajax and J Developer 11g, OO Design
- Excellent configuration and customization experience with technical acumen of emerging technologies
- Understanding and experience of Fusion middleware
-Good understanding of use cases, UML class diagram, sequence diagrams and component diagrams is essential. Must be able to draw the class diagrams and sequence diagrams from a high level design or requirements.
- Good understanding of GOF design patterns and J2EE design patterns
- Develop data centric applications in a SOA/Web Services environment
- Strong backend skills with performance tuning experience.
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in customer facing roles gathering functional requirements and translating them in flexible, scaleable technical solutions leveraging emerging
technologies where feasible
- Create mockups and prototypes
- Data modeling/design experience
- Strong requirement gathering skills
- Strong analytic ability is critical, as is an attention to detail
- Good user testing experience.
- Strong HRMS domain expertise.
