Should have managed at least a small sized teams (3-7 members). 5. Understanding of ITIL processes would be an added advantage. 6. For internal candidates; those who have completed the PLCP or PMA training would be preferred as this opening is for a team lead who can manage medium sized teams and also aspiring to become a Project Manager. 7. This role requires working on shifts on a routine basis. The shifts would be between 8:30-18:00Hrs (General shift) and from 15:00Hrs to 00:00 Hrs (Evening shift).
