Skill Set:"
-Certification in Oracle HCM track is preferred
-Min of two implementations/Upgrade preferred with experience in R12.
-Good hands on experience in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, iRec. Exposure to OLM, PMS is added advantage.
- Good Understanding of Oracle Apps architecture and AOL Objects
- Good Understanding of Oracle EBS integration aspects, Application Integration Architecture, APIs, Data model
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Preferably Good Understanding of AIM Methodology/documentation, Oracle ERP Financials / SCM Knowledge.
-Should be able to interact with Customers and resolve Critical & complex issues

Work Location: Bangalore
