We have openings for Oracle HRMS who can join us in a month's time with our client a CMM Level 5 Company in Bangalore
Position- Contract for 6Months(Can be extendable)
Experience-6+ Yrs
Notice Period- Max 15 Days
Technical- 30-40%
Functional-60-70%
* In depth functional working knowledge of the following R12 Oracle EBS modules: Core HR (Human Resources), Self-Service Human Resources, AME, Advance Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation Workbench, Payroll, Performance Management, Learning Management.
* Gathering business requirements and analysis, design, creating test scripts/plans using AIM processes/phases and documentation
* Working knowledge of Oracle setups for R12 E-Business Suite; functional module setups; profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces.
Working Knowledge required for following:
1. HRMS Setups and configurations
2. People and assignment configurations and management
3. Payroll Earnings and deductions setup and maintenance
4. Benefits, Savings and Retirement Plan management
5. Setup fast formulas
6. Leave creation and approval workflow
7. Self-service page personalization
* Good knowledge with Oracle Alerts, Oracle Workflow, Business intelligence
* Should have Good Knowledge of Oracle/PLSQL
* Proficient in troubleshooting issues and providing customer support
* Excellent oral/ written communication skills are required, Client facing, Offshore/Onshore coordination
* Should have experience in System Testing & User Acceptance Testing for the implementations & roll outs.
* Ability to plan and organize the work so that it is efficient and effective and allows service to be delivered promptly and reliably
* Should possess Problem solving, Team building and Leadership Skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
