Position: OracleAppsTechnical Consultant
Job Location: Mohali (Chandigarh)
Overall Responsibility:
This position will be responsible for carrying out Production Support for the Global Oracle ERP Instance for Emerson Process Management. Requires expert skills in Triage, Investigation, problem resolution and Communication
Skills & Experience Required:
Implementation experience and detailed understanding of the following Oracle tools in connection with Oracle Release 11i/R12
SQL, PL/ SQL, D2K, Discoverer, Workflow, Jet Forms, Toad, Unix Shell Scripts, JVMs, Java, PVCS, Kintana, XML Publisher.
5- 7 years experience with Oracle ERP, at least 4+ years Experience with Oracle 11i E-Business Suite in a Technical environment.
Working knowledge of Oracle Configurations / setups for 11i E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex- fields, functional module interfaces.
Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate Technical material to peers and management.
4 years of experience in System Analysis.
Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding & interpreting requirement specifications.
Able to effectively work with users at all levels
Team player
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Solid analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
Provide guidance in data preparation and migration
Work with Oracle Technical Support or SR resolution
Diversity of functional business experiences (i.e., Finance, Operations, Order Management, CRM.
