Our client is looking for Oracle SCM Functional professionals for thier ODC @ KUWAIT on One year extendable contract.
Designation: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with Manufacturing consultant
Location : KUWAIT
Type of placement: One Year & Extendable Contract with Client
No of positions: TWO
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Job Description:
a) Technical Tasks
-Creating new reports
-Making enhancements to existing customized or standard reports
-Coding required to take care of changes in the Approval hierarchies
-Form personalization to make the application more user friendly
-Workflow monitoring and fixing the issues arising out of that
-Extracting ad-hoc information from the database which is not available in any of the standard reports
b) Functional Tasks
- Raising Support request with Oracle Metalink (This requires questions to be framed in a technical jargon)
- Testing of Patches supplied by Oracle to fix the identified bugs (before DBA applies them)
- Testing of Data Fixes provided by Oracle to fix problems in the data (before DBA executes this)
- To handle any new business scenario which was not envisaged till the end of support period
- Changes in the Setups of various purchasing categories
- Functional setups for Approval Management Hierarchies
- Period Closure Procedures
c) General
Candidates with support experience on Oracle Purchasing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Sourcing.
Minimum 3 years support experience independently in Release R12 onwards (iProcurement knowledge should be there)
Good Communication Skills (Arabic speaking will be an advantage)
