Dear Candidate,
We are in urgent need of Oracle Financial Functional candidate for one of the MNC based in Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurgaon. Those who are willing to relocate or work in Gurgaon may apply and also make sure you have not been submitted for this particular position in the past.
Job description is as mentioned below:
Profile Requirements
* Oracle Financials specialist with IT and Consultancy background
* 5+ years" experience as Oracle e-Business functional consultant in Financials
* Must have a proven track record of implementing Oracle Financials solutions. A minimum of 2 full project implementation life cycle (end to end) is required (One with 11i and one with R12).
* Candidate is expected to work autonomously in supporting, educating, training and analyzing the Client"s business requirements and map them into the application to enhance the work efficiency
* Candidate will report directly to his Team head
* Candidate must be fluent in English with good writing and reading commands.
Skills
* Strong analytical abilities
* Strong knowledge of configuring and solving system issues in Oracle Financials Modules ( GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, Payments)
* Database knowledge especially related to Oracle Financials structure, tables names and views
* Must have good hands-on and implementation experience using Oracle e-Business 11i and R12
* Must be working with the Client to establish clear business requirements, then propose optimal system design, configure, test and deliver the solution to Production
* The consultant must have ability to lead the client through the project phases, translating business requirements into system solutions and resolving business issues is essential using Oracle AIM.
* The project involve a mixture of providing business and IT consultancy meaning the consultant must have good interpersonal, facilitation as well as written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of tools such as Toad, SQL Navigator is a definite plus
* Should be a team player with "Can do" working attitude
* Good appearance, discipline and working attitude
