This is with regard to an opening in Regal Beloit, Hyderabad for Oracle Apps Technical Consultant.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities * This opportunity is for a highly motivated, strategic minded individual to lead technical and functional map & gap analysis of business requirements with Oracle eBusiness Suite 11.5.10.2 in a fast-paced environment.
* Implementation experience in Oracle Manufacturing/BOM/WIP/INV/Sales Order Management, Advance Pricing, Shipping, Oracle WMS and related modules to meet business requirements.
* Experience in India Localization is must
* Assist in the migration from legacy systems to Oracle Order Management, Oracle WMS and related modules.
* Designing, documenting and developing Oracle ERP based solutions to meet business requirements.
* Perform Production Support activities for organizations internal customers.
* Collaborate with COE's(Center of Excellence) to understand process & develop IT solutions.
* Implementing and rolling out the developed solutions in Oracle ERP based environment.
* Provides integrated systems planning and recommend new technologies and processes targeting improved bottom line for the organization.
* Researches and evaluates new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
* Provides in-depth technical solution to Business Unit and IT management and ensure development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures, and methodologies.
Qualification * BS Technical discipline or related experience
* 5+ years overall experience in functional and technical roles. 4+ years of Oracle Manufacturing/BOM/WIP/INV/OM/Shipping/ WMS/Advance Pricing related functional and technical experience. Acts as analyst and champion for Oracle ERP and related corporate systems architecture including applications, data, and table structures.
* Must have excellent Supply Chain background with a very good understanding of the Order-To-Cash cycle.
* Must have experience in Oracle WMS.
* Must have very strong knowledge of Oracle Applications 11i eBusiness Suite 11.5.10+
* Must be very well conversant with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology)
* Prior working knowledge SQL. Blend of 50% functional and 50% technical skills is preferred.
* Experience focused in Oracle OM & Distribution modules (OM, Shipping, Pricing, TCA & key business processes in that area Order to Cash, Customer setup, CRM Sales, Service and Installed Base etc.)
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, team management and oral/written communication skills
Desired Qualification * Proven experience working with onsite teams.
