We are hiring for Fusion HCM/HRMS consultants for Oracle's Fusion application global support.
Job profile:
Opportunity to work with Flagship Product Fusion HCM Enabling customers to be successful in their implementation and business
Troubleshooting issues that customer encounter while installing, implementing, upgrading or using Fusion HCM
Keeping up-to-date with the happenings in the area of expertise
Dealing with both technical and functional issues
Opportunity to understand the cloud business although Cloud related issues are supported by Cloud Operations team
Interacting with customer/partners and fellow colleagues from across the globe
Global team having presence in India, US, UK, Romania
Currently supporting Core HR, Performance Management, Goal Management, Profile Management, Payroll, Data Migration, Compensation and Benefits
Conducting WebCasts for customers and partners in niche areas so that they have the required knowledge to avoid issues
Knowledge sharing with fellow colleagues in the global team and opportunity to record trainings and making it part of the training plan
Working closely with dev teams and other stakeholders thus providing opportunity to build network
Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Desired:
Relevant experience should be 2-11 yrs.
Experience on HCM/HRMS-Peoplesoft/Oracle application/Fusion or similar ERP product on HRMS module.
Good communication skills
Troubleshooting skills
flexible to work in shifts
