Reporting skills developing XML reports. Personalizations,PM Setups and processing cycles,OLM setups and processing,I-rec setups and I-rec cycle. Customizing oracle applications using Fast Formulas ,OAB Configurations like Plan setup,Life events,System Extracts,Rates and Eligibility Should be able to make recommendations for business process improvements; configuration, setup, and support of the applications for the above modules. The scope of these responsibilities includes all implementations, upgrades to the applications, and general support to the business. Excellent oral/ written communication skills are required, Client facing. The client requires the services of a techno-functional consultant to assist in supporting core HR and Self Service modules, including extensively work on Advanced Benefits and payroll. The consultant would also be expected to assist in identifying and deploying new functionality available through the upgrade, including the deployment along with yearly activities like open enrollment and ongoing support.
