Should have worked / Implemented Oracle PMS (Performance Management) on R12. 2. Should Have worked on Fusion Global HCM, Talent Management 3. Should have worked on integration between Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 in HRMS as part of Co-existence Model. 4. Should have experience of 4.6 + years in Oracle HRMS implementation in Oracle eBusiness suite 5. Should be knowing AIM methodology (RD50, BP80, BR100, MD50 etc) or OUM 6. Should have performed client facing role and carried out requirement gathering, solution design, training and testing 7.
