Position: Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant

we have an immediate requirement for Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant to be deployed in Doha, Qatar for 3 months contract (extendable). Please let me know if you have any resource available who can join immediately.
Our Client wishes to engage a vendor to provide trained ERP consultants (Oracle Applications 12.1.1) in the HRMS Technical domain.
HRMS to cover the following modules, implemented at Client Site:
* Core HR
* Payroll
* SSHR
* Appraisal Management
* iRecruitment
The Technical Consultant to cover Forms, Workflow, Conversions, AME, Alerts, Discoverer etc.
All candidates must have minimum 5 years of Oracle Apps experience of which there should be at least one 12i implementation experience in their area. The person is expected to work on the live Oracle system with business user interaction for support issue resolution, bug fixing, and coordination with Oracle support along with new enhancements and process rollouts. They would be required to follow the Clients IT Team"s working schedule (regular days - 7:30 AM till 3:30 PM; extended in case of issues). The person will be owner of the assigned modules and is supposed to work independently for issue fixing, enhancements and training, under Enterprise Applications Manager.
The system is currently working for Doha based employees and 2 Regional offices.
The deployed person can anytime be asked for replacement if the performance is not found satisfactory. The replacement candidate needs to be deployed within 3 weeks of the profile confirmation (after interview), not more than 4 weeks of replacement request. The replacement should have at least 2 weeks of handover, cost of which is to be borne by the vendor.
