This role provides the required support, analysis and domain expertise to facilitate project and maintenance activities associated with provision of system functionality and compliance in Oracle EBusiness Suite (HRMS, SSHR & Payroll) modules.
*Application system on-going maintenance, enhancement of existing applications to fulfil the objectives of enterprise business community.
*Functional support for various modules of the Oracle Apps HRMS Suite like Core-HRMS, Payroll, Self-Service for all BG"s.
*Development of various Interfaces in Oracle Applications like HR Inbound and Outbound interface as per the business requirement.
*Responsible for the business analysis, application system development, integration / interface between Oracle ERP business suites and legacy external applications mainly in HR responsibility.
*Responsible in conducting business requirements study, analyzing business needs, prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and designed, code, test, debug, and document programs.
*Responsible for resolving the various issues logged by business users in HR and HP Service Online Desk.
*Leads the business requirements gathering and process modeling phases of the software development lifecycle and is responsible for the enterprise process model documentation.
*Formulate and define application scope and objectives; devise and modify procedures to provide solution to business problems and needs.
*Efficient and prompt support provided to all users, particularly HR and CAD.
