(OAF page and Integration with Core HR) Contract Duration will be for 3 months effective 04.05.2014 - 31.07.2014 Location - Pune And Qatar HRMS to cover the following modules, implemented at Client Side * Core HR * Payroll * SSHR * Performance Management * iRecruitment The proposed candidates should be of Techno‐functional profile with domain experience and at least 5 years of experience in Oracle HRMS and Payroll Applications implementation and Support. The person should also have expertise of OAF Page Customization, PL/SQL, Fast Formula, AME and workflows. The role involves 85% of technical work and 15% of functional work. All candidates must have minimum 5 years of Oracle Apps experience of which there should be at least one 12i implementation experience in their area. The consultant would be required to follow Qatari Clients IT Team's working schedule (regular days - 7:30 AM till 3:30 PM; extended in case of issues). The person will be owner of the assigned modules and is supposed to work independently for issue fixing, enhancements and training, under Enterprise Applications Manager.
