	Scale up of product from lab to commercial scale  Engineering calculation for scalability, Equipment capacity, Time cycle & accordingly equipment to be selected.  Preparation of process documents, safety review & HAZOP Study. - Cost optimization with modification in existing process & design. Responsible for coordinate with other related service departments such as R&D, QA & QC, RA, Engineering and Maintenance, Stores, etc. Commitment to team working, transparency, and open communication with colleagues. Willingness to act as a self-starter and to contribute new ideas to fellow team members.
