Knowledge on other HRMS Modules or Technical aspects is added advantage * Should have worked on at least 2 R12 Oracle Payroll implementations with overall experience of 4+ Years in Oracle Applications * Should be well versed with generic Legislation aspects and key payroll configurations. * Core HR, Payroll & SSHR Knowledge is a must. * Fast Formula knowledge is a must.
