	Job Description
	Primary Skills * Solid experience in Oracle apps R12 including Oracle Payroll (including experience with Fast Formulas, Costing, Award/EBA interpretation), Core HR (including experience with Security Profiles), OTL (Rostering systems e.g. rotation plans etc), OLM, Workflow * Understanding of integration between HRMS modules * Experience implementing Oracle Applications including at least one end to end HR/Payroll Implementation. * Good understanding of R12's Multi Org Access Control and GL Ledger Sets. * Demonstrate strong functional and business problem solving capabilities. * Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Motivated self-starter with positive attitude, team oriented, and passionate about your work * Independent work ability with minimal supervision. * Identify, resolve, and/or escalate issues to leadership when required. * Participate and monitor in quality assurance reviews and processes. * Provide leadership, guidance and advice in area of work * Ability to understand business requirements and develop scalable discussions. Optional Skills * GL and SLA * PA (Project Costing Leadership Skills *Ability to complete work within the given timelines. * Independent workability and manage time.
