Position- Oracle HRMS Technical
Experience- 3 to 7 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Competencies- Areas of experience in construction of Residential, large plant/manufacturing facility, IT Park and Commercial complexes/malls are preferred.
Job Description:
*Must have good hands on exp in Oracle HRMS Technical.
*Should have done implementation cycle.
*SSHR, AME rules, personalization(Lots of personalization in SSHR)
*Configuration of AME/Workflow Rules
*Should be able to setup HRMS rules for e.g. personal details entry.
*Basics like termination, payroll, knowledge of various person types, Contingent worker, EIT/SIT.
*Should understand the SDLC life cycle and should have work through it, in variety of context.
*Hands on experience.
*Should have good communication skills.
*Should be able to work on a project from scratch and be able to work on end to end flows.

Should have exposure to maintenance and support projects.
Should good aptitude.
Good to have Skills:

*OTL - Oracle Time and Labour.
*Being a techno functional will be a plus.
*Payroll module.
*Must have conducted UAT (Atleast 2 UAT sessions with the client).
*Performance mgmt., OLM (learning), iRecruitment (Thorough in atleast one of these modules)
*Exposure on custom solution, advance benefits and compensation.
*Basic PL/SQL
*Employee Transfer Module
*Custom solution in HRMS in a plus
*Worked in Oracle Apps R12
