Position: Oracle SCM functional Consultant
Exp Level: 8-10 Yrs.
Location: Gurgaon.
Job Description:
* Experience in implementing or updating Purchase Order (PO), Order Management (OM), Shipping, Inventory, Bill of Material (BOM), Pricing etc. in the Oracle R12 is required
* 8-10 years of functional and technical experience in providing solution to the client, designing and implementing the solution in Oracle eBusiness Suite environment
* Solid business process / requirements analysis and re-engineering, module set up and configuration, documentation, ability to spec customizations and reports required
* Must have experience of translating business requirements into solutions that could be understood by the client, preparing technical specifications of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices.
* Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution design, perform POC's and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
* At least 2 project implementations.
* Pre-sales experience is desirable
* Solid working knowledge of software development life cycles.
* Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Oracle RDBMS 11g, XML Publisher
* Experience in customizing OA Framework applications/ADF is desirable
* Good understanding of Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Apps Integration Repository
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment are necessary
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management.
* Ability to advise senior management on issues as they pertain to larger organizational issues/business initiatives.
