Req # 1 - Oracle HRM Technical
3+ yrs of relevant Technical skills using Oracle tools/applications like PL/SQL, XML Reports, OAF, Workflow and Fast Formulas
Work as a Technical consultant on Onsite/Offshore implementations.
Must have Strong product skills in Core HR, Payroll (must), SSHR and Data Model
Design and Develop Customizations/Extensions for EBS HCM
Able to interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate/ map it to the product.
Project experience on the following areas: Implementation, Customization, Interface & Conversions, Support for Oracle Applications version 11i, 12.1
Travel Readiness to any region and to take up any assignment (Onsite/Offshore) for any duration.
Good Communication, interpersonal and Customer handling skills.
Req # 2-Oracle HRMS Functional
4-plus years of relevant experience on eBusiness HCM with min 2 End to End implementations with customer facing roles
Worked on min 2-3 End to End Implementations with Customer facing role
Able to interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate/ map it to the product.
Must have core skills: Core HR, Payroll, SSHR. Optionally: iRecruitment, Time and Labor, OLM, CWB, Performance Management, AME
Have ability to lead, guide and mentor to the implementation and a project team
Travel Readiness to any region and to take up any assignment (Onsite/Offshore) for any duration.
Excellent communication, customer handling and presentation skills
