We have urgent opening with Tech Mahindra for Oracle Apps HRMS and Oracle Apps Technical

 

Job Location : Bangalore Hyderabad

JD

 

                        P1A               • Should have worked on at least 4 R12 Oracle Payroll implementations with overall experience of 7+ Years in Oracle Applications

• Should be well versed with generic Legislation aspects and key payroll configurations.

• Core HR, Payroll & SSHR Knowledge is a must.

• Fast Formula knowledge is a must. Knowledge on other HRMS Modules or Technical aspects is added advantage                      

 

                       U4                  • Should have worked on at least 2 R12 Oracle Payroll implementations with overall experience of 4+ Years in Oracle Applications

• Should be well versed with generic Legislation aspects and key payroll configurations.

• Core HR, Payroll & SSHR Knowledge is a must.

• Fast Formula knowledge is a must. Knowledge on other HRMS Modules or Technical aspects is added advantage

• Implementation experience in OLM, Performance Management, recruitment, SP & SSHR

• Fast Formula knowledge is a must. Knowledge on other HRMS Modules or Technical aspects is added advantage       

 

JD-Oracle Apps Technical        

 

Required Skills

Should have technical knowledge of entire oracle suite of Products .

Should have very good knowledge on Coding, Debugging, Design and reviews.

Should have experience in at least four – five Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements).

Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements.

Should have extensive knowledge on RICE components and application of SDLC’s to RICE components.

Should  have Very Good knowledge on Data migrations, Forms, Reports, BI publisher, Knowledge of OAF is a Plus.

Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process..

Should have knowledge of  Conversion Strategies, Also strategies for Sun setting legacy application strategies.

Should have Industry recognized certifications.

Should have extensive knowledge of Design Patterns and preferable design tools.

Functional knowledge of HRMS or SCM or Fin streams.

Job description

1.Understand and analyze customer business pain points and business processes

2.Analyze Different Technical Approaches and suggest best possible solutions.

3.Individually Deliver Components.

4.Map the To-Be business processes with Oracle Enterprise Applications architecture.

5.Build complex CRPs / Proof of Concepts (POCs) for project (s)

6.Conduct workshops with customers

7.Use design tools to create mock screens and prototypes when required using Enterprise Applications

8.Participate in training initiatives and become teacher

9.Explore and experiment with new versions, new features of enterprise applications.

10.Design scope, solution, approach & estimates for Request for Proposals (RFPs)

11.Participate in competency building activities like building POCs etc
