I am hiring for Oracle EBS Developer - SCM / O2C opening with my client in Pune location.
JD:
Description:
Seeking for Oracle EBS Developer experienced in Oracle ERP Technologies. This person should have expertise in R12 implementation and/ or upgrade projects with exposure in modules like PO, OM/Shipping, TCA, Inventory, BOM, Pricing etc. Familiarity with boundary applications will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
*Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification
*Prepare technical solutions as well as review technical solutions
*Provide/propose Analytical and Data Modeling solutions
*Code Review/Design reviews to ensure the delivery of quality solutions
*Interface at an intermediate level with Business System Analysts and other the Business Engagement Teams during the design, development and testing processes
*Repair, enhance and develop code
*Work with on-site team in completing the day to day development activities
*Provide production support as and when required
*Propose, establish and enforce standards, policies and procedures for team development and architecture
*Strive to be up-to-date in best practices, development methods and technologies
*Offer support to other team members and mentor junior team members
*Document code consistently throughout the development and/or enhancement process
*Maintain extensive documentation for all projects with relevant CLIENT resources
*Proper Knowledge transfer of the deliverables.
Requirements:
*Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related technical field Experience in implementing or updating PO, OM/Shipping, TCA, Inventory, BOM, Pricing etc. in the Oracle R12 is required
*4-7 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing interfaces, extensions and reports in Oracle eBusiness Suite environment
*Must have excellent technical understanding and experience of PO, Order Management, Shipping, TCA, Inventory, BOM, Pricing etc functions
*Work experience with EBTax will be preferred.
*Project based experience designing, implementing, and testing RICE customizations
*Solid business process / requirements analysis and re-engineering, module set up and configuration, documentation, ability to spec customizations and reports, and knowledge transfer experience required
*Complete understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite technical architecture and underlying table structures and their usage to design and develop efficient program units.
*Solid working knowledge of software development life cycles.
*Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Oracle RDBMS 11g, XML Publisher
*Experience in customizing OA Framework applications/ADF is mandatory
*Expertise in AME, Shell Scripting, Java is desired
*Good understanding of Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Apps Integration Repository
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment are necessary
*Must be knowledgeable and experienced in relational database concepts, Oracle Apps database architecture as well as Oracle database management and development tools
*Must be familiar with the APPS data model and Oracle Apps Development standards and methodologies
*Must have ability to troubleshoot Oracle ERP issues, should have experience in working with Oracle Support (Metalink)
*Needs to have a clear understanding of all key ITIL processes
*Ability to clearly communicate with team members on issues, status and design ideas throughout the project
*Performance tuning expertise in an Oracle Applications Environment is required
*Ability to work closely with functional business delivery team to design and development optimum solutions.
*Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements.
*Advanced written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management.
*Ability to advise senior management on issues as they pertain to larger organizational issues/business initiatives.
*Ability to lead in program design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation.
*Ability to meet deadlines and deliver with the highest quality
*Ability to work in collaboration with Business Systems Analysts, Oracle DBAs, System Administrators, etc. on all technical aspects of the Oracle E-Business suite modules
*Ability of designing and developing programs and procedures around Oracle Applications
*Must have experience in analyzing complex system requirements, critical business processes and information systems
*Must have experience of translating business requirements into solutions, preparing technical specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices
Experience required : 4+ years.
