Must-Have
Strong skills in Noetix Views (5.8.7 & above)
Strong working experience in Noetix Platform (5.6 & above)
General knowledge of Oracle ERP system (technical and functional)
Ability to use Oracle tools (SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, PL/SQL, SQL*Net)
Experience with Oracle DBA responsibilities (backups, tablespaces, views, security)
Ability to function within various Operating Systems (Unix, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP)
Working experience on Noetix Query Server (NQS) / Noetix Web Query (NWQ)
Good Experience in Production Support and Implementation projects
Analytical ability- root cause finding of issues and provide solution
Excellent communication skills
Experience in client facing roles
Ability to communicate with and coordinate activities with various communities including database administrators, network administrators, security administrators, system administrators, report developers, and query users.
Ability to monitor system performance and recommend / make necessary improvements
Good-to-Have * Banking Domain skills
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence theories and concepts
* Knowledge of Data Warehousing theories and concepts
* Expertise of the Oracle GL Accounting Flexfield Security & Oracle system currency and calendars.
* Familiarity with web server technology
* Ability to use Microsoft tools (IIS, SQL Server, IE)
* Ability to install ODBC connectivity components
1 The Noetix Analyst is responsible for the installation and ongoing maintenance of the Noetix platform. Typical tasks include:
Installing and configuring all software components
Defining and maintaining system security
Applying software upgrades
Refreshing Views, Help File, End User Layer for Discoverer, and AnswerPoint
Integrating Query Server with data sources other than Oracle ERP
Integrating with 3rd party query tools (Excel, Brio, Discoverer, etc.)
Incorporate custom views
Provide assistance to report developers and query users
Communicating with Noetix Support
2 Fix incidents and also co-ordinate with Onsite team/Business Users/SMEs for resolving tickets.
3 Implement Minor enhancements
