Job Description
Oracle Apps HRMS Techno Functional Consultant
Modules: Core HR, payroll, SSHR, OTL, IRec, PMS
Implementation: 3 end to end implementation
Exp: 5+ years of relevant experience
Should posses strong technical and functional knowledge in Core HR, Self-Service, Payroll Modules, Oracle HRMS implementation projects in conversion of legacy HR data into Oracle HRMS
Functional Expertise: Should have good knowledge of the functionality and the processes, Should be good at requirement gathering and solution designing
Technical Expertise: pl/sql, Reports, Forms, workflows,OAF(Personalizations, Customizations, Extensions), Conversions, Interfaces & Integrations
