Position - Oracle E-Business Suite Finance Functional Lead/Solution Architect
Skills - Oracle E-Business Suite Finance Functional
· Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
· Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Finance Functional in Oracle Applications module like GL, AP, AR, FA, PA,Payments, SLA
· Strong hands on Oracle finance functional knowledge of Oracle Applications (R12) and good knowledge of P2P process.
· Good functional knowledge of different modules of Oracle Apps including GL, AP, IBY, AR, FA, SLA, CE and knowledge about SCM modules like Endeca extensions to Iproc, iProcurement and PO would be an added advantage.
· Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS and related technologies
· Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications
· Highly self-motivated, detail oriented and committed individual with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction.
· Driving resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in Procure to Pay cycle.
· Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zones
· Supporting key business processes/activities including Month end and Year end support activities to Business users.
· Partners with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.
· Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents; Well versed with AIM & OUM documentation templates and standards
· Experience in mapping business requirements, gap analysis and preparation of Functional/Technical Design documents
· Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution and anticipates and prevents problems before they occur.
· Regularly ensuring good health of production systems and data integrity with upstream/downstream systems
· Triaging and analyzing application, data and upstream/downstream integration issues and Monitor Alert notifications and System logs and take appropriate action
· Debug complex issues and present their impact along with recommended solution to users and management
· Collaborate with Developers, Business Stakeholders, Testers and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery
· Be integral member in signing off the design and solution developed by development teams before accepting the change in Production
· Utilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performance
· Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
· Improve the enterprise systems by leveraging existing solutions when building new technology
· Collaborate with non ERP development teams to design efficient, supportable and scalable solutions
· Experience with tools such as Rational, Github, HP PPM, HP UFT/QTP, HP QC, IBM Optim is a plus.
· Swear by Agile development activities such as the activities undertaken by Product Owner & Scrum Master
· Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)

· The Oracle E-Business Solution Architect engages with our world-class engineering and program teams to build products and solutions for internal clients.
· This position is based out of India, Gurgaon but there is regular need based travel to locations where our vendor partner teams operate out of (Mumbai and Kolkata).
· You stand as a well-rounded functional with broad understanding of the application landscape, exposure to complex systems and specialized skills, e.g., Oracle E-Business suite.
