Job Description:
Summary:
• Experience in the IT Supply Chain Application Domain.
• Minimum 9+ years of Functional expertise in Advanced Planning Tools (SAP APO/ Oracle/ Manugistics/Planvisage/Kinaxis, etc...) across multiple modules in supply chain space.
• Experience in Gap analysis, package evaluation, implementation, upgrade, testing and user training.
• Experience working with multiple teams across geographical locations.
• Minimum 5 end to end Implementations and 1 upgrade experience
• Should possess strong communication skills.
• Should be effective at problem solving and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
1. Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
2. Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews
3. Take responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
4. Develop detailed plan of process implementation
5. Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
6. Lead industry /corporate process implementation across all related SCM applications (SAP/non-SAP)
7. Develop and Assure quality of process models
8. Demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
9. Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and solves software problems)
10. Analyze and map clients' business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
