We are hiring Oracle Financials ,Manager- Techno functional for one of the biggest manufacturing client in automobile sector based in Gurgaon.
Details below:
Job Responsibilities:
*Daily Monitoring of the Accounting status of the accounts payable module for invoices and payments
*Daily monitoring of the Transfer to General ledger of AP module, AR module and Purchasing module
*Review of the Concurrent requests gone into error and advice appropriate actions to the user
*Creation, monitor and review of the SR raised for various user issues
*Planning for the Cloning periodically and on need basis.
*Functional support and guidance to the Team on various user issues
*Account closing support at the month end for all modules
*Review of the long running request
*Monitoring and reviewing the scheduled jobs of scheduler login
*Resolving the Locking issue of any processes whenever reported
* Handling team work distribution and monitoring of the jobs assigned.
*Monitoring of the legacy system interfaces to various modules.
*Distribution of the various user requirement to the team by ascertaining the resources availability
*Decision on the new interfaces requirements from legacy modules to ERP.
*Understanding BPC and support for budget, planning, consolidation and capital budgeting - Annual, monthly and quarterly reporting.
*22. Guidance on the new configuration of any new process in ERP modules
Skills Required:
Overview knowledge of all the Oracle ERP ( 12.1.3) modules implemented such as General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, project accounting, purchasing and India localization
1. Knowledge of the accounting flow into General ledger from various modules.
2. Knowledge on the various interfaces of different process integrated to ERP modules
3. Basic business knowledge of various processes
4. Basic technical knowledge of the different tables used in different ERP modules.
Educational Qualification
Graduation : Required: B.E./B.Tech - Mandatory
Good to have: MBA can be additional
