Excellent understanding and hands on experience on SOA Suite 11g and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
Hands-on experience in integrations with various source and target systems using Oracle SOA Suite 11g Specifically BPEL and OSB
- Hands-on experience with 11g JDeveloper, BPEL, Mediator, OSB, BPM, BPA, BAM, B2B and OWSM
Demonstrate proficiency in the mechanics of SOA through the physical design of service-oriented technology architectures, service-oriented solutions, and related infrastructure.
To be considered an expert requires a solid understanding of the service-orientation design paradigm including all related design principles and the effects of their application
Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization.
Screens, categorizes, evaluates, reconciles, reports and resolves data integrity issues.
Involved with local or business specific engagement initiatives in support of broader programs.
Applies discretion and independent judgment to identify when deviation from standard practice is required without prior approval.
Assumes responsibility to improve service, efficiency and quality of work.
Good understanding of the business and client/end user environment
Ability to interpret business capabilities and business requirements and map suitable IT capabilities and architectures to meet those requirements
Ability to perform impact analysis of new and proposed architectures in relation to the current EA landscape and available technologies utilized in the IT environment
Strategic evaluation of new generation architectures and platforms
Good experience with SOA architecture & integration architecture, with understanding of ESB topologies and developing SOA business services aligned to BPM and process architectures. A sound knowledge of various messaging architectures as applied to enterprise application integration (EAI) scenarios
Broad knowledge of the major application architecture frameworks utilized in the industry with prior experience or working knowledge of Java application architectures (JEE) and Java open standards and frameworks and how to apply them (i.e. for web-based, portal, MQ, middleware, application and data integration and back end platforms.
Expert in at least two integration tools and technologies
Experience in Java/.NET based application development
Review Technical Architecture Documents for system changes and new systems and solutions
Advocate Principles, Standards and Guidelines on Integration Architecture
Evaluate business ideas for technical feasibility and compliance with policy
Participate in key projects as technical expert
Overall 10 -15 years IT experience from a Technical delivery background in Middleware, SOA, BPM - Preferably IBM/Oracle/TIBCO
Hands on experience in SDLC processes & agile based development
Ability to understand business processes and business problems
Excellent verbal and written communication; self-motivated, dynamic, team player, result driven, relationship builder, independent worker
Excellent interpersonal relation building skills
Must be able to independently front-face meetings/discussions with prospective customers and make a difference
Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible.
