1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
2. 8+ years of expert level Oracle Application Experience in HR, FIN, PROC
3. 8+ Years with SQL/PLSQL, BI/XML, Discover, Workflow Builder, OAF
4. Delivering at least 3 -5 Enterprise-level Projects.
5. Experience with Enterprise Applications v 12.4 or above
6. Experience in Oracle Application development and support
7. Building Oracle Workflow and integrating with ERP e-Business
8. Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Using Java & ADF Technologies: Development and Extensions.
9. Experience in development using Application Development Framework (ADF)
10. Experience in SQL & PL/SQL; Building SQL & PL/SQL code and SQL & PL/SQL Performance and Tuning
11. Oracle Workflow
12. AME
13. Documentation (MD 50, MD70, etc…)
14. Functional Knowledge (Tech Level)
15. Discoverer Reports for ERP e-Business, Admin and Plus
16. BI (XML) Publisher for ERP e-Business
17. Oracle Reports 10g and XML Publisher
18. Oracle Open Interfaces & APIs for e-Business and Web Services
19. Oracle Alerts.
20. Full documentation (AIM methodology) including Technical Design and Installation Documents.
21. Ability to operate under pressure, successfully handle multiple competing priorities.
22. Ability to learn and quickly familiarize with complex business and systems environments.
23. Ability to work independently, as well as in teams.
24. Excellent communications, presentation and customer facing skills.
25. Fluency in English, written and oral. Arabic is added advantage.
