Work Location :COIMBATORE
REQUIRED:
•8+ yrs experience. Should be eager to work in support
•Good knowledge in pl/sql programming, oracle db, linux shell scripting programming knowledge
•Support hours: 10-7pm weekday. Holiday & late night support required in case of any emergency I.E. Sev1 & sev2 tickets
•Analytical & debugging skills
•Good oral & written communication skills
Support & Enhancement Project
The person will directly work with customer. Should be able to handle interactions and assignment independently.
• Develop and maintain software and services using the PL/SQL language
• Review the requirements, assess the work effort, and estimate the necessary time-to-completion
• Participate in projects through various phases
• Communicate professionally and effectively to our users, management, and other departments
• Create unit test plans and scenarios for development unit testing
• Work with peers to carry out code reviews and unit testing of new development
• Document new development, procedures or test plans as needed
• Highly required to be quick learner, individual contributor
• Willing to support application based on incidents and Queries from users
• Need to support non-business hours when ever high priority issues in the application
• Need to involve/guide team and on technical solutions
• Need to handle Weekly meetings with customer and involve to prepare require reports
• Need to handle project management activities and quality process activities
