Position: Oracle Technical Project Manager
Experience: 9+Years
Joining Location: Bangalore and Cochin .
Qualification: Any Graduate (NO correspondence degree)
Job Description:
⢠Manage Oracle projects for EBS 11i/R12, or any Oracle ERP suites like Peoplesoft, JDE or Siebel,manage end-to-end Oracle project Planning and delivery, the entire project life cycle, direction and guidance, Resource Allocation, Risk mitigation.
⢠Manage of scope change.
⢠Manage client relationships efficiently & Quality management for the deliverables.
⢠Balance the business need of the end-user versus technical constraints and encourage adopting such step (Mockup, Blueprint, flow charts and documents) needed to business benefit.
⢠Report project status and issue escalation to the steering committee.
⢠Delivery of tasks from core information technology team members.
⢠Monitor overall project resources and budgets.
⢠Review strategies, methodologies and approaches for completion of deliverable by team members.
⢠Demonstrate project leadership, team building, strategy consultation and advice in all aspects of Implementation.
⢠Review and sign off of all major deliverable for the project. Measurement of progress, controlling of deliverable and timelines.
⢠Drive a constant focus on process improvements and come with suggestions to develop procedures in existing tasks.
⢠Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
⢠Experience in Project Management (base on PMI technique)in implementation stage
⢠Experience in handling Mobility projects will be a plus
