Corporate Technology Trainer- Lateral
JD:
Experience : 11-14 years of experience with IT companies out of which at least 3 years of full time teaching experience in corporate / IT training institutes as NIIT / reputed universities / colleges. Background in Delivery would be an added advantage.
Key Attributes: Thorough knowledge of at least 2 technology stacks and working knowledge of 1 more; especially in the 4 Pillar areas; demonstrated knowledge and experience in running end to end training & certification programs on a massive scale.
Behavioral Attributes: Excellent communication and motivation skills
Academics : BE (Computer Science / IT) or MCA (full time)
Added Advantage : External paper publications, talks at technology forums etc. possession of some relevant external certifications like OCP / OCJP / MCST / CSTE / PMP / Prince @2.
Roles and responsibilities:
Scope:
ï To create and deliver end to end training and certification solutions for laterals across multiple lines of technologies with a special emphasis on emerging technologies.
ï It would include program conceptualization, design, content creation and creation of various artifacts such as program manual, instructor manual, session plans, demos, evaluation components, question banks, certification plans etc.
Overall:
ï To be responsible for creating and delivering multiple technology and certification programs for reskilling / upskilling laterals
ï Responsible for creation & delivery of new programs as per business requirements.
Outcome focus
To reskill / upskill laterals as per business requirements especially on emerging technologies.
To keep upgrading the programs to always stay at the cutting edge of technologies.
