Oracle HRMS / Payroll Lead Consultant for IT/ITes - Chennai
1. Should have minimum 10 years of related industry experience in IT/ITes and excellent client facing skills.
2. Should have done at least 5 End-2-End on-site implementation in HR, Payroll, SSHR in 11i/R12 and also should have involved in up gradation and roll-out projects.
3. Should have hands on with OTL, OLM, PMS and iRecruitment in addition to core HR module
4. Should be Oracle certified HCM Fusion Consultant. Implementation experience in Fusion HCM is an added advantage
5. Should have hands on with India Localization and at least 1 implementation involving India Localization
6. Domain experience of 2-3 years in related field is a plus.
7. Exceptionally strong in Oracle ERP (R11/12). Has strong techno functional background in HRMS / Payroll with hands on development and technical experience and strong knowledge in building Fast Formula.
8. This role involves active involvement in requirements gathering, solutioning, design and development, CRP, End User Training and UAT and also provide post-delivery support to end users.
9. Provides subject matter expertise on techno functional, data design and development.
10. Should be able to build project deliverables in line to OUM Methodology
11. Experience in building Oracle Alerts, Form personalization etc. is plus
12. Must be able to work directly with business users and analysts to understand and document requirements
13. Should be able to build Functional design extensions deliverables and hands on with Oracle UPK for building training material.
14. Should have good communications skills and inter-personal skills
15. Should be able to build oracle practise in respective stream.
16. Should be a good team player and open to travel
