Job Role: ETL Developer
Job Description:
- Participate in requirements definition, solution development and the implementation phases of data warehouse and reporting projects
- Create and maintain ETL specifications and process documentation to produce the required data deliverables (data profiling, source to target maps, ETL flows)
- Assist in definition of logical and physical data models
- Configure and tune ETL infrastructure to optimize the data warehousing architecture
- Design, implement and maintain a reporting, monitoring and dashboard framework
- Develop aggregation, monitoring and alerting tools/modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve data, system and performance issues
- Inventory, comment, and document existing customizations (DW, ETL, Repository, Catalog).
- Work closely with BI Architect to define development strategy and estimate levels of effort.
- Propose enhancements and strategy related to customizations.
- Prepare requirements documents, functional and technical designs, test scenarios, deployment plans, etc.
- Participate in day-to-day support as well as future-state design with BI team.
Required Skills:
- Strong Experience with SQL on Oracle database
- Strong Experience with Oracle ODI and other ETL data warehousing tools and concepts
- Experience with Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite 11.5.10 or R12) is a plus
- Knowledge of Atlassian (Jira and Bitbucket) is a plus
- Experience with Oracle EPM (Planning, Essbase) is a plus
