Oracle HRMS QA:
6+ years of QA experience in Oracle HRMS domain knowledge such as Payroll, Leave Management, Absent Management etc..
Strong in SQA, Functional Testing, Automation testing added advantage, who can do end to end assessment.
consultant should have exp./knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence management modules and can test the functionality. Will be good if can do the root cause analysis and this could be possible consultant possesses functional expertise in these modules. Should have some exp./knowledge about testing specific tools like Zira/HPQC etc.
HRMS Developer:
6+ years of development experience in Oracle HRMS (Core, SSHR, Payroll, Absence Not mandatory modules but good to have exp. All/any of these modules). Should have worked as Technical/Techno functional consultant in EBS HR Implementation, Support projects.
Good knowledge in Oracle Application framework
Strong knowledge in PL/SQL and SQL
Knowledge/Exp. in Java will have added advantage
Experience: 6 to 11 years
