Why does this job exist - Need for Oracle apps Senior expert to handle Internal & external projects (Design, engineering, executions & optimizations).
How does the role add value: This role will help us to handle existing and excessive project work and pipeline of projects in 2018. Minor and Major enhancement in designing, implementations and testing of Technologies Applications for DEV/UAT/Production instances through Change Management Process.
What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role: Graduate /B.E / B Tech/ Post Graduate in Computer Science/Applications, Information systems or Computer engineering. At least 7 - 10 years of professional experience in Technologies development with 5-7 years of relevant experience
Specific competencies (Essential) :
1. Oracle Core HR, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Self-Service (SSHR), Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) & Absence Management, Oracle Exit, Workflow, Oracle 11i/R12, SQL, PL/SQL, Discoverer, Forms, Oracle Reports, OA Framework. Oracle Cloud, XML Script, Shell scripts.
2. Developing, documenting and executing Standard Operating Procedures for Master Data Maintenance, Account Creation and Maintenance, Identity Management.
3. Ability to interact with end users and translate business language into technical requirements
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in written.
5. Excellent customer handling skills and manage customer independently.
6. Ability to work effectively with people/teams of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
7. End to End Project Management for EAG projects in Oracle EBS/Fusion HR Modules
8. Co-ordinate SDLC Project activities across Genpact EAG & Infra teams for the Project delivery.
9. Project Experience: Should have worked for implementation of atleast 4 to 5 end to end Oracle APPS Projects.
10. Consistently challenge the existing methodology and drive to develop challenger methodology to remain cutting edge.
11. Supports innovative analytical thinking & solutions that results into improved business performance."
Desired: PMP Certification and GB Certification is an added advantage.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :
1. You would be responsible for managing project team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing)
2. Understanding of Application architecture
3. Deployments of the application on SIT and UAT environment
4. Participates in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle to implement complex applications/technology solutions.
5. Effectively functions and communicates within a software development team consisting of designers, developers, quality assurance, product management and project management members.
6. Ensures that code adheres to strict standards for accessibility, security, object-oriented practices and performance.
7. Actively participates in requirements, architecture, and design meetings.
8. Works with Sourcing, Infra team, Infosec ,Internal Service provider (outsourced Vendor) and external Vendor like OMCS etc."
